Until a few months ago,  I was a sporadic YouTube viewer.  Sure I’ve watched tutorials and those cute kiddie videos, but never felt compelled to subscribe- until now.  There’s a new channel committed to producing high quality, original shorts featuring all female leads… think, America Ferrera, Julia Stiles, Jennifer Garner, Dakota Fanning, Jennifer Beals, and the list goes on.

WIGS  (Where It Gets Interesting) channel was created by heavyweight filmmakers, John Avnet and Rodrigo Garcia with the goal of providing compelling and engaging stories of dynamically complex women. I found myself completely invested in the characters and their plights… within the course of  8 minutes!  A testament to the writing, directing, and superb acting.
