these three words serve as the tagline of greer chicago, a wonderfully charming, luxe, stationery and paper goods store. i discovered greer via twitter, you’ve got to love social media, checked out her website and immediately made plans to purchase gilly’s thank you cards from her store.  paper goods, journals, and letterpress anything– makes me incredibly happy.  my husband likened my giddiness for stationery to his affinity for comic books…agreed.  i long for the days when correspondence was sent via postal service instead of yahoo and hotmail.  i understand the efficiency of internet communication, but nothing can replace the pleasure of a someone taking the time to choose a card, address the envelope and drop it in the mailbox…special.
